Lincoln Bishop ranked in UK Top 10 in 4 categories in the Daily Mail University Guide 2027

Lincoln Bishop University has been ranked in the UK’s Top 10 universities in four categories in the Daily Mail University Guide 2027, including 2nd for Student Support. 

The University is proud be ranked 4^th for Teaching Excellence, 7^th for Student Experience and 9^th for Career on Track - variables that really matter and include key elements linked to graduate career success. 

Published on Wednesday 12^th August, in advance of with A level results day in the UK, the guide provides expert advice to help students decide on a higher education option – with insightful league tables and in-depth university profiles.

Professor Andrew Gower, Vice Chancellor of the University, said: “We are proud to see Lincoln Bishop University recognised among the UK’s top 10 universities across four measures in the Daily Mail University Guide 2027.

“These results are a powerful endorsement of the dedication of our staff and the ambition of our students. They reflect our commitment to ensuring that every student is known and supported to succeed - not only during their time at Lincoln Bishop, but as they take their next steps in life and work.

The award for Student Support reflects the excellent work of the University’s Student Advice & Wellbeing Team, which provides a wide range of professional support services – offering advice and guidance to prospective, current students and graduates.

“We have been gaining external recognition in these areas for a number of years now and it is great to see the professionalism and effectiveness of our provision being reflected in national rankings."

The guide is based on results via the National Student Survey 2026, published in July this year. Voted for by undergraduates in their final year of study, Lincoln Bishop University was named Top 5 in the UK.
