Information On Your Enrolment
Before arriving:
- Follow the instructions provided in your enrolment email to complete the online enrolment process. You will not be able to enrol until this has been completed.
- Please ensure you have met the conditions of your offer, as outlined in UCAS, DfE communications, or your offer letter.
- Before starting your course, please ensure your tuition fees and funding arrangements are in place. If you are planning to fund your studies through the Student Loans Company (SLC), including a maintenance loan, ensure that your application has been submitted and approved where possible. - Complete your Access Needs Declaration Form to advise our Student Advice & Wellbeing team of any learning support requirements you may have. Please note: there is no need to fill in this form if you have already declared your needs via UCAS and you have already received a response from the team.
- Check your provisional timetable and make sure you know when your first classes are by visiting our Timetables webpage.
- View our campus map to find where your first lectures will be held
Attending Your Enrolment Appointment:
- You must bring a valid form of photographic ID (passport or driving licence). Unfortunately, we cannot complete your enrolment without a valid form of photographic ID.
Please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment time.
Once you have successfully enrolled, you will be able to:
- Collect your student ID card
- Complete any necessary Student Loans Company (SLC) attendance confirmations, allowing your funding to be released
- View your personal timetable in My Classes or Outlook Calendar (please allow 48 hours for all the information to appear)
Your Course Induction
- Your induction is an important part of joining Lincoln Bishop University and is designed to help you settle into your course, meet your academic team, and prepare for your studies.
- We strongly encourage all students to attend their induction session.
- If your enrolment appointment overlaps with your induction session, please contact the Admissions Team as soon as possible.

Getting Ready to Start Your Course
- We recommend registering with a local GP before you arrive– you can find information on this and our range of support services from our award-winning Student Advice & Wellbeing team
- If you are purchasing a new laptop or device, please ensure it meets our minimum IT requirements and recommended specifications - minimum IT requirements. You can also find information about the software and applications available to you free of charge as a Lincoln Bishop student.
- If you will be living on-campus or at the Student Village, please make sure you satisfy any outstanding conditions for your online accommodation room offer before you can collect your keys, this includes accepting your room offer and paying your deposit
