Oxford International Education Group (OIEG), a partner of Lincoln Bishop University recently attended our campus with colleagues specialising in the engagement of international students. They had an insightful day of welcome collaboration and intuitive conversation.
The purpose of the visit was to understand what Lincoln Bishop offers, gain first-hand experience of the campus and have the opportunity to engage with Lincoln Bishop colleagues, students and the wider city. With this in mind, attendees are then able to use their experience to inform prospective students from overseas.
Attendees were welcomed on to campus and spent time learning about the unique character, high quality offer and nature of the University. They had the opportunity to ask question to a variety of colleagues and speak with international students. Attendees also visited the Student Village and visited the city, in order to experience the most of what Lincoln has to offer.
Emily Gan, Senior Regional Manager at OIEG, said: “A heartfelt thank you to all our partners and colleagues who joined us. Your engagement, energy, and commitment to our shared mission make all the difference. Looking forward to many more inspiring days together!”
The purpose of the trip was to give attendees a sense of the lived experience of our students - for people to appreciate and understand our campus community.
Thomasin Nicholds, Associate Dean – International at Lincoln Bishop, said: “The visit was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the experiences our students enjoy and the inspiring outcomes they achieve through their studies and international travel to Lincoln Bishop University.”
