Professor Firoz Bhaiyat

Professor Firoz Bhaiyat is Dean of Lincoln Bishop Business School and Professor of Business Education at Lincoln Bishop University.
His career spans senior academic leadership and industry, including over a decade in university teaching and leadership, progressing from an early-career academic post to a subject-head role leading finance, banking and economics; a subsequent associate dean position in business and management; and, most recently, an associate dean role covering business, digital, and academic development and assurance, where he began as founding head of a business school. Before entering academia, he built his early career in banking operations and project management.
Professor Bhaiyat holds a doctorate examining top management team attributes and firm default and serves on the audit and risk committee of a professional membership body. His leadership experience covers curriculum design, portfolio development, quality assurance, industry partnerships and regional skills agenda alignment.
