Dr Khaled Hader
Dr Khaled Hader is a Lecturer in Business & Enterprise at Lincoln Bishop University, specialising in innovation management and entrepreneurship. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing, an MSc in Management, and a PhD in the Diffusion of Pro-sustainability Innovations from the University of Derby. He is a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA) and possesses significant quality assurance expertise, currently serving as External Examiner at the University of Portsmouth and External Moderator for OCR. He teaches across undergraduate, postgraduate, and apprenticeship programmes, with a teaching portfolio spanning Project Management, Leadership, Global Business Operations, Innovation & Digital Technologies, and International Marketing.
Dr Khaled Hader’s research interests centre on the behavioural drivers and barriers of pro-sustainability initiatives, persuasive communications, and applications of Diffusion of Innovations Theory in sustainability contexts. He is particularly interested in empirical tests of the Theory of Planned Behaviour and exploring the intention-behaviour gap in pro-sustainability actions. He contributes to the wider academic community through research, peer review and validation panel work.
