Claudia McKibbin
Business Lecturer
Claudia McKibbin is a Business Lecturer. She holds an LLB in Law and a Master of Arts in Middle East Policy Studies from the University of Exeter. She also holds a Master of Arts in International Relations recognised by the Universidade de Brasília. As an academic, her experience includes teaching in both Portuguese and English, developing professionals, content creation, coaching and mentoring, and learner capability analysis.
As a professional, Claudia has over 20 years international business experience, working in the USA, Brazil and UK for the following sectors:
- Manufacturing,
- Oil & Gas,
- Technology,
- Engineering,
- Economic Growth and,
- Health.
Claudia is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Directors, Cultural Intelligence Community of Practise, and works as a freelance consultant. Outside of academia, Claudia teaches Latin and Ballroom dancing, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Claudia’s areas of interest and expertise include Cultural Intelligence, International Business, Continuous Improvement in Industry, EDI, Strategy and Risk Management, Law and Policy Compliance, Organisational Development, Conflict Resolution, Leadership and Management.
