Becky Goodman

Becky leads the Business and Enterprise portfolio at Lincoln Bishop Business School, driving the strategic development and growth of a dynamic and expanding academic area. As Programme Leader for Business and Enterprise, she oversees undergraduate, postgraduate, and partnership provision across Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Project Management, Marketing, Management and Leadership, and International Business, alongside professional qualifications and degree apprenticeship programmes. She also works closely with employers to develop bespoke training, leadership development, and CPD solutions that meet evolving workforce needs.

A Chartered Manager (CMgr) and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), Becky is an experienced higher education leader, educator, and business consultant. With over 15 years' experience spanning academic leadership, curriculum development, business engagement, and professional education, she is passionate about creating industry-focused learning that equips students with the skills, confidence, and commercial awareness needed to succeed in today's global business environment.

Since joining Lincoln Bishop University in 2018, Becky has played a key role in strengthening links between the University and the business community. She has supported the growth of start-ups through the BG Futures Business and Enterprise Centre, helping entrepreneurs and emerging businesses develop and scale their ventures. Her work reflects a strong commitment to enterprise, innovation, and fostering meaningful collaboration between higher education and industry.
