Why Attend?
Offer Holder Days offer the perfect balance between academics and student life. Unlike an Open Day, they’re more personal, more immersive, and tailored to you and your chosen course.
In the morning, you’ll be fully immersed in your chosen subject. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Take part in a subject session, such as a sample lecture, seminar, or interactive workshop, giving you a real feel for how your course is taught.
- Meet your future course mates and academic tutors, and ask the questions that matter most to you.
- Explore our campus, facilities, and accommodation, and start imagining yourself studying here.
In the afternoon, you’ll experience the true character of Lincoln Bishop. This part of the day is very student-led, giving you the chance to:
- Meet the Students’ Union and student ambassadors.
- Engage with societies, activities, and social opportunities.
- Get an authentic insight into what student life could look like for you, with a few surprises along the way.
Guest Welcome
Guests are very welcome to attend the Offer Holder Day with you. While you take part in your subject sessions, there will be a dedicated guest welcome and a programme of additional talks for parents, carers, and supporters. These sessions will cover key topics such as student finance, accommodation, and student support, helping them feel confident and informed about your next steps.
Our Admissions, Student Advice, and Accommodation teams will also be available throughout the day to guide you on student finance, your offer, and the enrolment process, so you leave feeling informed and confident.
