BGU History NEA Award 2022

Last month, the History department at Bishop Grosseteste University, was delighted to award Adam Jacklin the inaugural BGU prize for best non-exam assessment (NEA) in History.

The award evening took place at The King's School Grantham, supported by the BGU History team, with the award presented to Adam by British para-sport athlete Jonathan Broom-Edwards, on the 13^th October 2022.

Twice a year, the BGU History and Military History department welcome A-Level students from interested schools and colleges, to BGU, for a 'History NEA Day'. The day consists of a series of focused workshops designed to assist them with the research, planning, and writing stages of their projects. It also gives students a chance to meet the History team, and visit our beautiful campus.
