- Working to enhance individual and institutional digital capabilities
- Responding to queries via email, the University Helpdesk which can be found on the student portal, Microsoft Teams, in person or over the telephone
- Providing opportunities to engage with the Digital Fluency petal of the Graduate Attributes Excellence Award
- Working collaboratively with students to enhance the University's digital practice
