Remembering 2020 at BGU - September: Hitting New Heights

September followed August as another stellar month for Lincoln Bishop as the latest Times Good University Guide ranked the University 64^th in their overall rankings, the highest raise of any university in England, and 8^th for Teaching Quality.

The Good University Guide ranks all universities in the UK according to criteria such as teaching quality, student satisfaction, research quality, entry standards, student to staff ratio, spend on facilities and graduate prospects.

Reacting to this result the University’s Vice-Chancellor, the Rev’d Canon Professor Peter Neil commented that this success can be attributed not only to the high-quality teaching and learning, but also to its focus on the broader aspects of educational provision:

“Our improvement in the rankings reflects the comprehensive approach the University has taken to providing a high-quality experience for our students. It is a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of our staff and is an achievement that everyone in the institution can be proud of.”
